Q1. I’m new here, how does this work?

A1. - Add your patch to your cart, then add your cap to the cart. Once both items are purchased we will put the patch on the cap and ship it out to you! 
Note. When you purchase multiple hats, please specify what patch + cap combos you want in the notes section upon checkout.

Q2. Does the free shipping work for US customers too?

A2. Always. No matter how big or small the order we will offer free shipping. We Gotcha!

Q3. Do you offer custom hats for businesses or sports teams?

A3. Yes we do! DM us or send us an email with the details (MOQ 25pcs).

Q4. Who makes the hats?

A4. We make each and every hat in house as the orders come in. With that being said it takes time to fulfill all the orders, but we promise it’ll be worth the wait! Usually only 1-2 business days
